We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation.
Your exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed by email before your tour. Please arrive at the pick-up location at least **5 minutes early**, as the shuttle departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
⚠️ **Pick-up arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour.** If we do not receive your pick-up information by then, your pick-up service will be automatically canceled, and you will need to check in directly at the harbor.
