Start your adventure at Turtle Canyon, where you can snorkel with Hawaiian green sea turtles and tropical fish. Enjoy even more ocean fun with kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sea scooters, and swimming—all included at no additional cost.
After snorkeling, cruise along the beautiful Waikiki coastline and take in panoramic views of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and the Honolulu skyline.

Pick-up service is available only from designated locations within Waikiki.
After completing your reservation, please contact us through your booking platform to arrange your pick-up.
Please provide the following information:
• Hotel name or accommodation address
• Reservation number
• Tour date
• Tour time
We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The time shown on your voucher is the BOAT DEPARTURE TIME, not your hotel pick-up time.
Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. However, the exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel and assigned pick-up location.
Your exact pick-up time and location will be confirmed before your tour. Please carefully check the messages on the website where you made your reservation, as well as your email inbox, Spam/Junk, and Promotions folders.
Please arrive at your assigned pick-up location at least 5 minutes early. Our shuttle departs on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.

If we do not receive your pick-up information at least 24 hours before departure, your pick-up service will be automatically canceled, and you will need to check in directly at the harbor.
Please note that we do not provide separate confirmation phone calls. All pick-up confirmations and updates are provided by email or through the messaging system of your booking platform.

At the pick-up location, the driver will call out your name.
The vehicle will depart on time without waiting.
Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

- First-time snorkelers and less-confident swimmers are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and our experienced crew can assist guests in the water using flotation boards, helping you enjoy the snorkeling experience more comfortably and confidently.
- Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication before boarding.
