The experience that I am proposing is made unique by the fact that it will take place at my own house, rather than in a restaurant.
You will get the homey feeling that you can only get in a family house.
The stove, the table, the utensils is part of my everyday life and this is truly what make you enter the family.
Another thing to highlight is that, although the lesson includes some stable preparation, the class can be adjusted to taste or dietary restrictions.

You can let me know where are you staying and I will come pick you up in case you don't have your own car.
Moiano is a village above Vico Equense. I will give you precise directions in case you need to drive.
What to expect
I open the door of my house to let you in and give you the homey feeling of an authentic cooking experience with a true Italian. You come as a guest and leave as a friend!
Transportation is included - I will come pick you up at your accommodation.
During the class I will show you the preparation of typical local dishes that are easy to replicate at home, such as gnocchi or ravioli; a second course, obviously pizza and then a lovely cake.
Everything is based on local and genuine produces. Preparation can vary according to the season or any food restriction you may have.
The class can be vegetarian or gluten free to allow more people to join in. Just email me to create your tailor made class!
The experience also includes the meal with everything you have been cooking. I will open a good bottle of wine and we will enjoy some food together!
At the end I will drive you back to your place.
