Luggage Policy
Standard Allowance: Up to 5 pieces of standard-sized luggage are included per vehicle.
Oversized Luggage: Any item larger than standard size (e.g. large suitcases, boxes, sports equipment) will be counted as 2 pieces.
Standard Luggage Size: 66 cm x 43 cm x 29 cm (26 in x 17 in x 11 in)
Important Notice:
If you bring more luggage than the allowance, additional charges may apply on-site, or a second vehicle may be required.
Any related costs and arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.
If the customer refuses to accept these conditions, the service will not be provided and no refund will be issued.
