With the help of your native host, you’ll discover the unique flavors of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. As part of this class, you will visit a local market, choose local ingredients and learn how to cook vegan plove.

We will meet you right at the entrance to the Qo'yliq market. This is after the large bus stop-parking and before the underground passage

What to expect

We will start with grocery shopping to find the freshest veggies and spices at one of Tashkent's oldest farmers' markets, which no tourist has visited before. We will head home to make together an authentic Uzbek plove on fire- a piece of art of regional cuisine.
