Pick-up Policy for the Tour • Guests must be ready on time and wait outside their accommodation for the tour vehicle. • The driver is only required to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to reach the tour meeting point independently. • Please note that failure to show up on time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, changes or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. • In some cases, the vehicle may not access all streets or hotel entrances. Guests must wait at the nearest designated point. • Delays of up to 10 minutes due to traffic or weather may occur. After the farm, we head to the famous Cenote Azul, one of the most iconic cenotes in the Yucatán Peninsula. Surrounded by lush vegetation, this natural wonder is known for its crystal-clear blue water and peaceful atmosphere. Here, you can swim and snorkel in the refreshing water while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature. Cenote Azul is the perfect place to end your journey — a moment to relax, connect with the elements, and feel the pure energy of this magical region.

2Bacalar
After swimming in the cenote, we’ll drive along the most beautiful jungle road in the area to visit Guadalupe — a woman who has lived with her family on a small farm deep in the jungle since childhood. She always welcomes us with delicious snacks and fresh drinks made from her own farm’s products, and every time she surprises us with a variety of seasonal fruits.

Hidden deep in the jungle, Ichkabal is one of the most important and mysterious Mayan cities ever discovered. Once a political and spiritual center, it played a key role in the formation of the ancient Mayan civilization. After many years of research and restoration, Ichkabal has recently opened to the public, offering a unique opportunity to explore a sacred site untouched by mass tourism. The journey begins at Ichkabal, where we walk among ancient temples and plazas surrounded by lush jungle. During the hike, it’s common to spot monkeys, foxes, and colorful tropical birds that inhabit this area.
