We pick up the travelers who are at the reception or the lobby of the hotel according to the hotel. Also for travelers who are on an Airbnb, the pick up will be according to the customer's instructions or the internal rules of the Airbnb.
As we have our boats and catamaran there, our assistant will be in the entrance to receive the travelers. All our employees has uniforms. And we will in communication with the travelers to give them orientation
