  In the heart of the city, you’ll find the impressive and imposing Cathedral: The Duomo di Milano. Whenever the sunlight shines through the stained glass windows of the Cathedral, the whole inside is lit up by a beautiful display of colors. You can even make the climb up the stairs, for a spectacular view of the city from the roof terrace. A very detailed description of the interieur is part of the tour, however you need to buy a ticket to get inside.

• Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio (Pass by)

  If you believe the legend, St. Ambrogio’s column has an interesting story to tell. According to the tale, Saint Ambrogio was walking through the gardens when he met the devil, who tried to tempt him into giving up his position as Archbishop of Milan. However, the saint resisted and kicked the devil against a column, leaving two holes in it from where his horns got stuck. The Basilica has more to offer, which you’ll discover during the audiotour!

  Brera: The artisctic neighborhood of Milan! In this district, you’ll find plenty of art galleries, cozy restaurants and even a botanical garden that’s hidden away like a small, romantic oasis. Wander through the beautiful streets of this neighborhood and discover the many picturesque sights.

• Parco Sempione (Pass by)

  Milan’s green hear, Parco Sempione, is the perfect place to momentarily escape the busy city. Settle down at the end of the day to watch the sunset, or leave a padlock on the wooden bridge, like many couples have done before to symbolize their eternal love. There’s something to do for everyone at the parc!

• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• The average duration of the activity is is 3-4 hours. However you have until the end of the next day to finish it. Enough time to take a break, visit a museum or have a drink.
