Please note that pick-up is included from Buenos Aires Cruise Port, Buenos Aires Domestic Airport (AEP) and Buenos Aires International Airport (EZE). We will schedule your transfer into the city according to your flight arrival time or your cruise disembarkation time. PUERTO IGUAZU: If your arrival flight lands and/or departs between 10 pm and 6 am, the transfer service will have to be private, incurring additional charges. Otherwise, you can take a taxi to your hotel, but there will be no refund for it.

    Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you’ll be met at the airport by one of our Destination Hosts and will have a private transfer to your hotel. Our Destination Host will check with you the details of your itinerary, provide you with printed documentation, and add any extra information you might need. They will be ready to answer your questions, give you tips about places to go, restaurants to eat and anything else you might be interested in. You’ll have the rest of the day free to enjoy this vibrant city.

    Buenos Aires - City Tour & Tango Show

    In the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel to enjoy a City Tour (shared service). Over the course of the tour, you will have the chance to visit the historical and political centre of the city: the May Square, San Telmo with its cobblestone streets, La Boca where Buenos Aires turns colorful and tango is ever present, and the chic and aristocratic Recoleta, where the big palaces remind us that Buenos Aires was once the Paris of the South.

    In the evening you will be picked up from your hotel to be driven to one of Buenos Aires’ most emblematic cultural highlights: a Dinner and Tango Show offering a spectacular demonstration of the finest local dancing accompanied by delicious Argentine cuisine and all the malbec you’d like.     After an early breakfast, head out for a full-day guided excursion to Los Glaciares National Park, where you’ll see the Perito Moreno Glacier.

    Perito Moreno Glacier

    Admire beautiful views of this UNESCO World Heritage Site on a boat cruise, which allows you to see the glacier up-close. Then take a walk on nearby trails with your guide to viewing platforms which showcase the 19-mile-long (30 km) Perito Moreno Glacier from different angles. Stop for lunch at the park before continuing your exploration (lunch is not included). After your visit to the national park, you’ll be driven back to your hotel in Calafate, where you’ll have free time to eat dinner and relax. **OPTIONAL: If you would prefer to upgrade your tour to include the Mini-Trekking or Big Ice excursions, both of which allow you to hike the glacier, please write it down in the special requirements box (while booking) and we’ll quote it for you.

    After check-in at your hotel, you will enjoy a half-day tour to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls (shared service), from where you will enjoy vast panoramic views that will allow you to take the waterfalls in their entirety. Upon arrival to the National Park, your guide will assist you while you purchase your entrance tickets.

    After a short briefing about the park, you’ll begin to tour the half-mile viewing walkway that provides spectacular panoramic views of the front of the falls. At the end of the circuit, you will approach Floriano Fall and get sprayed by its heavy mist. **IMPORTANT: In order to visit the Brazilian side of the falls, passengers must arrive before 12 p.m. Or if joining the excursion on departure day, please book a flight with departure at 6:15 p.m. or later.

    After breakfast, you will depart on a full-day tour to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls (shared service); where you’ll be able to witness the jungle’s beauty and have intimate views of this unforgettable section of the Iguazu River. Upon arrival to the National Park, you will show your entrance ticket and enter the park (entrance fee not included).

    Garganta del Diablo

    At the park, an ecological train ride will take you to the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important of all 275 waterfalls that comprise the Iguazu falls system.

    Iguazu Falls

    After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of the lower or the upper circuit. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT features a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. After enjoying unique views of the falls, you will return to your hotel in the late afternoon. **OPTIONAL: we highly recommend upgrading this excursion to include a boat tour experience.

Just make sure to let us know in advance using the special requirements box while booking. IMPORTANT: In order to visit the Brazilian side of the falls passengers must NOT arrive later than 11:30 a.m. It is the traveler's responsibility to make sure they meet Brazil's entry and travel requirements to cross the international border.
