We will schedule your airport transfer according to your flight arrival time. PUERTO IGUAZU: If your arrival flight lands and/or departs between 10 pm and 6 am, the transfer service will have to be private, incurring additional charges. Otherwise, you can take a taxi to your hotel, but there will be no refund for it.

    Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you’ll be met at the airport by one of our Destination Hosts and will have a private transfer to your hotel. Our Destination Host will check with you the details of your itinerary, provide you with printed documentation, and add any extra information you might need. They will be ready to answer your questions, give you tips about places to go, restaurants to eat and anything else you might be interested in. You’ll have the rest of the day free to relax at your hotel or go out and enjoy this vibrant city.

    Buenos Aires / Puerto Iguazu - Half-Day Iguazu National Park: Brazilian Side

    Puerto Iguazu

    Upon arrival to Puerto Iguazu Airport, you'll be driven to your hotel (shared service). This little and relaxing town is the gate to visit the impressive Iguazu Falls, which have been recently declared as one of the New Seven Natural Wonders!, making them a must-see destination for any traveler visiting Argentina.

    Parque Nacional do Iguacu

    Early in the afternoon, you will enjoy a half-day tour to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls National Park (shared service), from where you will enjoy vast panoramic views that will allow you to take the waterfalls in their entirety.

    Iguazu Falls

    Upon arrival to the National Park, and after a short briefing about the place, you’ll begin to tour the half-mile viewing walkway that provides spectacular panoramic views of the front of the falls. At the end of the circuit, you will approach Floriano Fall and get sprayed by its heavy mist. After enjoying some wonderful views, you will be taken back to your hotel. IMPORTANT: In order to visit the Brazilian side of the falls passengers must arrive into Iguazu at 11:30 a.m. OR earlier. It is the traveler's responsibility to make sure they meet Brazil's entry and travel requirements to cross the international border.

    Puerto Iguazu - Full-Day Iguazu National Park: Argentine Side

    After breakfast, you will depart on a full-day tour to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls (shared service, entrance fee included); where you’ll be able to witness the jungle’s beauty and have intimate views of this unforgettable section of the Iguazu River.

    Garganta del Diablo

    Upon entering the National Park, an ecological train ride (shared service) will take you to the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important of all 275 waterfalls that comprise the Iguazu falls system.

    Iguazu Falls

    After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of the lower and the upper circuit. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT features a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. After enjoying unique views of the falls, you will return to your hotel in the late afternoon. **OPTIONAL: We highly recommend upgrading this excursion to include a boat tour experience.

    Buenos Aires - City Tour

    In the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel to enjoy a City Tour (shared service). Over the course of the tour, you will have the chance to visit the historical and political centre of the city: the May Square, San Telmo with its cobblestone streets, La Boca where Buenos Aires turns colorful and tango is ever present, and the chic and aristocratic Recoleta, where the big palaces remind us that Buenos Aires was once the Paris of the South. You will be back at your hotel around noon time and will have the rest of the day free to enjoy as you wish.

    Ushuaia - Full-Day Trekking & Paddling in the National Park

    Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego

    After breakfast, you will leave on a full-day excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park. This tour (shared service), will give you the opportunity to get off the beaten path and see a side of the park that most visitors miss. Upon entering the park, you’ll reach Ensenada Bay, where you’ll be able to enjoy beautiful views of the Beagle Channel. From there, you’ll start hiking through the Shore Path (for 7 km or 4.4 miles) to spot the diverse flora and bird fauna of the region. Winter: over winter season the Shore Path remains closed, so instead, we take short hikes through the woods to discover its wonders.

    Lago Roca

    After a 3-hour hike (during summer), or hiking for about 90 minutes (during winter), you’ll access Acigami Lake (also known as Roca Lake), where you’ll enjoy a comforting hot lunch within our tent dome. Afterwards, you’ll start your paddle journey down the Lapataia river (1hr approx).

    Bahia Lapataia

    Your paddle will end at Lapataia Bay (in the Beagle Channel), where the National Route Nº 3 comes to its end. After enjoying the final views of the day, you’ll be driven back to your hotel. Note: canoeing is subject to weather conditions. Canoeing difficulty: low. IMPORTANT: In June this tour does not operate so we replace it for a different one of your choice.

    Ushuaia - Beagle Channel Cruise

    After breakfast, you’ll make your way to the pier for a boat cruise on the famous Beagle Channel (transport to the pier is not provided). Gain gorgeous panoramas of Ushuaia Bay and see diverse marine wildlife like cormorants and fur seals on De los Lobos and De los Pajaros islands. Very close to those, is Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, an authentic symbol of Ushuaia, built in 1919. Hop off the boat on one of the Bridges Isles, where you’ll walk and listen to the history of the native inhabitants, the Yamanas. As this is the largest island, you’ll enjoy amazing panoramic views of the Beagle Channel with the town of Ushuaia in the distance. During the cruise, you will be offered included snacks and a glass of mate, the typical Argentine beverage. After the tour, you’ll get back to your hotel by your own means. The rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish. **OPTIONAL: If you would prefer to upgrade this tour to include the Magellanic Penguin Rookery visit on Martillo Island, please write it down in the special requirements box (while booking) and we’ll quote it for you.     El Calafate - Full-Day Perito Moreno Glacier with Boat Tour Included

    After an early breakfast, head out for a full-day guided excursion to Los Glaciares National Park, where you’ll see Perito Moreno Glacier.

    Admire beautiful views of this UNESCO World Heritage Site on a boat cruise, which allows you to see the glacier up-close. Then take a walk on nearby walkways that will lead you to viewing platforms which showcase the 19-mile-long (30 km) Perito Moreno Glacier from different angles. Stop for lunch at the park before continuing your exploration (lunch is not included). After your visit to the national park, you’ll be driven back to your hotel in El Calafate, where you’ll have free time to eat dinner and relax. **OPTIONAL: If you would prefer to upgrade your tour to include the Mini-Trekking or Big Ice excursions, both of which allow you to hike the glacier, please write it down in the special requirements box (while booking) and we’ll quote it for you.

  • IMPORTANT: In order to visit the Brazilian side of the falls on day 2, passengers must arrive into Iguazu at 11:30 a.m. OR earlier. On day 4, we recommend arriving into Buenos Aires not later than 4:00 p.m. so that we can pick you up at about 6 p.m. for your tango show. On day 11, we suggest you book a flight out of El Calafate in the evening or afternoon so you make the most of your stay in that destination. If you would prefer to spend that day in Buenos Aires, you can totally book a morning flight instead.
  • A current valid passport will be required to cross the international border with Brazil. Please, keep your passport handy and make sure to meet Brazil's entry and travel requirements prior to reaching border control.
