To further add to your adventure, tour the place where the Earth exhales its millenary breath: The geothermal field of the Tatio Geysers. 1El Loa Airport
At the appropriate time, we will pick you up from Calama airport and drive you on a 90-minute journey to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama (shared or private service, depending on the option chosen).

2Reserva Nacional de Flamencos
In the afternoon, begin your journey to discover one of the world’s driest and most hostile zones of the world: the Atacama Desert (shared or private service, depending on the option chosen). There, you will visit geological formations created by the unique combination of clay and salt. Located inside the Flamencos National Reserve, the Moon Valley houses a set of landscapes of incomparable beauty that resembles a fragment of the lunar landscape, to which it owes its name.

3Valle De La Luna
Once inside the reserve (entrance fee not included), visit the Salt Mountain Range and admire the landscape from different spots, to then immerse into the deepness of the Earth while visiting the salt caves. You will as well understand the delicacy of the clay while visiting ‘Las Tres Marias’, female guardians of this cosmic landscape. For the perfect closure, admire the dusk on the Kari Lookout or the Great Dune, majestic body of sand from where you will be able to see the Andes, Domeyko and the Salt Mountain Range.** This tour will start and end near your hotel or at the downtown area of San Pedro de Atacama, to be confirmed.

At the end of the trip, you will be driven back to San Pedro de Atacama and have the rest of the evening free to do as you wish.

5Geyser del Tatio
After an early morning pick-up at your hotel (around 5:00 AM), experience one of the most astonishing phenomena produced by nature (shared or private service, depending on the option chosen). Visit the beautiful geothermal field, a manifestation of the inner heat of the Earth and take the most amazing photographs walking across the trails (entrance fee not included). An impressive show may be appreciated, generated by the violent steam flows that rise up to 10 Mts. Soon after that, you will enjoy a picnic-style breakfast. On your scenic drive back, you will make a short stop at Machuca village and Putana River bofedal (wetlands). **It is not advisable to eat anything until you reach the Geysers.** This tour will end near your hotel or at the downtown area of San Pedro de Atacama, to be confirmed.

6El Loa Airport
At the appropriate time, you will be driven on a 90-minute journey from San Pedro de Atacama to Calama Airport ‘El Loa’ (shared or private service, depending on the option chosen). **IMPORTANT: Arrival flights to Calama Airport must arrive at 11.20 AM or EARLIER in order to have time to tour the Moon Valley in the afternoon. Departure flights MUST depart at 5 PM or LATER (domestic flights) or at 6 PM or later (international flights) so that you can tour the geysers in the morning.**Schedules and the order of the visited attractions are estimated and may vary due to traffic, bad weather, etc.**Extra tours and extra nights can be added to the original itinerary when requested in advance.
