This experience offers a rare opportunity to explore the Arctic coastline near Tromsø on a stand up paddleboard in small groups of maximum 8 participants. Guests can enjoy calm waters, beautiful Arctic scenery and a relaxed pace suitable for beginners. The experience ends with a cozy campfire on shore, creating a unique combination of activity, nature and local atmosphere.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meet your guide at Åsgård bus stop in Tromsø. Bus 33 or 34 runs from Tromsø city center and Giæverbukta. The activity starts by the pier near the bus stop. Your guide will meet you there with the SUP equipment. Parking is available nearby.
What to expect
Once ready, step onto your stand up paddleboard and explore calm Arctic waters surrounded by beautiful northern scenery. The tour is conducted at a relaxed pace and is suitable for beginners as well as those with some previous experience. Your guide will stay with the group throughout the activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
After paddling, we return to shore where a campfire is prepared. Take a break, warm up and enjoy a light snack while relaxing and taking in the peaceful Arctic surroundings before the experience ends.
