We are a cooking school located in a superb residence in Marrakech. We invite you to explore our range of varied workshops, where you can learn how to use our traditional ingredients to create an authentic Moroccan meal, respecting family culinary traditions. Guided by our experts, you will participate in the preparation of emblematic dishes such as salads, briouates, tajines, pastillas, couscous and traditional Sephardic plates.

What to expect
Arrival in a beautiful house, the presentation of our concept:
-The theoretical part accompanied by the mint tea ceremony with Moroccan pastry and the spice workshop.
- the practical part with, preparation of bread, chicken tagine with candied lemon and olives with Taliouine saffron, demonstration of vegetarian Berber tagine, preparation of two Moroccan salads, one cooked and one fresh and finally pancakes with honey and almonds.
- the tasting part: lunch or dinner of what the customers have prepared.
- the graduation ceremony and end of our services.
