To ensure a smooth start to your trip, our team will contact you one day prior to reconfirm your pickup time and location. Pickup is available within Labuan Bajo city area, including Kampung Ujung, Batu Cermin, and Puncak Waringin. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
For airport pickup, please ensure your flight arrival time is before 09:00 AM. Arrivals after this time may require you to make your own way to the harbor to avoid delays to the tour schedule.
During pickup, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp to notify their arrival at your hotel or the meeting point. Our transportation service is comfortable and air-conditioned. Depending on traffic and the location of your accommodation, the route to the harbor may be direct or scenic, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful local surroundings.
To keep the tour on schedule, pickup will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time. If you miss the pickup, you may need to proceed to the harbor by your own arrangement. At the harbor, our crew will assist with check-in and guide you onboard.
