Private dinner as a sensory experience where we will show you the best of Gastronomy & wine in Portugal using the 5 Senses :
Smell, Humans may be able to smell over 1 trillion scents.
Touch, is thought to be the first sense that humans develop.
Hearing, portuguese traditional songs and other sounds according to the meal.

Taste, different flavors from Portugal. The gustatory sense is usually broken down into the perception of four different tastes: salty, sweet, sour and bitter. There is also a fifth taste , defined as umami or savory.

Sight, look at the colors, the beauty of simple be present and enjoy your meal.

What to expect

We would like to show you Portuguese culture through a journey of the 5 senses to the 4 elements with traditional food and its evolution prepared by Chef Edgar Correia.

We will guide a gastronomic journey and a wine pairing challenging all the 5 senses in one of the most intimate spaces in Porto, our house.

Many of the dishes and wines will be tasted blindfolded.
