Meeting and pickup
We pick up from all hotels in Port Vila city area, including the airport and cruise port.
For cruise ship guests pick up, please follow below directions:
Meeting Instructions:
Upon debarkation at the Wharf, please proceed to the tour operator's area on the wharf apron, where your tour representative from our company" will be waiting near an Atmosphere tear drop banner (see attached) and holding a sign with the lead guest's name written on it.
Pick Up Period @ the Wharf:
We will be at the wharf waiting for you. Please clear border control and disembark as soon as you can and proceed to where our buses & tour guides are waiting.
Ships Anchoring in the Harbor/Tenders:
As the Cruise ship will just anchor out in the harbor, tenders will be used to ferry you to our wharf where we will be waiting. Please do your utmost best to get on a tender as soon as you possibly can.
Tour Starting Time:
Your tour will start as soon as everyone who has booked this tour are in our buses and confirmed by a head count.
Normally, our tour will start at 9.00am on the dot without exception, so you can enjoy your tour within the timeframe before your cruise ship departs (unless your ship overnights here).
However, we would like to inform you that we will be extending the waiting time from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
This adjustment is due to our recent observations that disembarking from the ship can take longer than expected, especially with guests arriving via tender boats, as seen with the last two cruise ship visits this month.
If on arrival you are held up on board the ship in some way and will not disembark on time or cannot find us at the wharf, just ask anyone at the wharf for us or call us on mobile.
