Join an interpretive guide for an unforgettable 5-hours exploring the wilderness around Jasper as well as the starry heavens above. Seek out all of the park’s most iconic creatures. Rain-or-shine, explore the heavens above the Canadian Rockies in The Jasper Planetarium dome theatre at Marmot Lodge. There, you'll join a live astronomy expert for an interactive journey to planets, auroras, galaxies and more. Then, head outside for our rain-or-shine telescope experience.

Wildlife Discovery Tour - Your knowledgeable guides are trained to seek out all of the park’s most iconic creatures. Big or small, there are lots of animals to see in Jasper. Elk, deer, big horned sheep, mountain goats, foxes, coyotes, wolves, and moose are just a sample of Jasper’s many wild mountain animals.

meet the resident astronomy guides for an interactive cosmic journey. After completing the indoor planetarium program, you'll have the opportunity to tour the largest telescope in the Rockies, learn about how to photograph the night sky, see the best images from recent nights through the new video scope, and, if weather-permits, look through the telescopes live at objects in space.
