Kochi Yosakoi Festival Yosakoi National Festival on August 12 from 5:45 p.m. to around 9:30 p.m. for the festival. During this time, visitors can sit in designated seats and watch the dance in comfort and safety. (Paper tickets, not electronic tickets, will be mailed to your hotel.)
