What to expect

Step into an elegant private penthouse kitchen and terrace located just a few steps from the Vatican Museums. This is not your average cooking class — it’s a full sensory journey into the heart of Italian cuisine, with the charm of a luxury Roman home and the warmth of authentic hospitality.

Your professional local chef will welcome you with a glass of prosecco and Italian appetizers before guiding you through the art of fresh pasta making.
You’ll prepare two traditional pasta shapes (such as fettuccine, ravioli, or gnocchi) and pair them with two seasonal sauces — all using top-quality local ingredients.

Then, enjoy the preparation of a typical Roman main course, chosen by the chef according to the season — perhaps saltimbocca alla romana, chicken cacciatore, or a vegetarian classic.

After cooking, relax and savor your creations during a full dinner on the terrace (or indoors in case of rain), paired with unlimited Italian wine, sparkling water, and espresso coffee.

This small-group experience (max 14 people) combines fine dining, fun, and authenticity — perfect for couples, friends, and families who want to discover Italian cuisine in true Roman style.
