The historic center of Polignano a Mare with its caves, the rock of the Hermit (San Paolo islet), cala Portalga and then a stop on one of the beaches between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli to be able to swim and taste the typical Apulian aperitif. During the stop, the paddle boards on board may be used
