    Qasr Al-Yahud Baptismal Site

    On the border between Israel and Jordan, the baptism site in the Jordan River is located. Christian pilgrims make a pilgrimage to this site and even immerse themselves in the water.

    Masada National Park

    Masada, the last stronghold of Jewish freedom fighters against the Roman army, symbolizes the end of the Kingdom of Judah at the end of the Second Temple period and its violent destruction. On the mountain platform are the remains of magnificent palaces from the time of King Herod, silent testimony to the Roman siege and the bitter end. The mountain that became a symbol.
