Built in the 18th century by Maharaja Madho Singh I and later renovated by Maharaja Jai Singh II, Jal Mahal showcases a graceful blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture. The palace has five storeys, of which four remain submerged when the lake is full, leaving only the top floor visible.
