What to expect

Visiting the Mas des Bories estate is above all discovering an agricultural and unusual Provence. The 2000 olive trees of the estate extend over an exceptional terroir, surrounded by wild and mineral nature. Bories, small stone huts dating from the 19th century are scattered in the middle of the olive grove and give it its identity.

Visiting the Mas des Bories estate also means immersing yourself in the world of high-end Provençal olive oils; our olive oils are recognized for their excellence and are awarded medals every year, both in France and internationally, for their high quality and freshness.

Our olives are grown using sustainable and ethical practices, with absolute respect for the land, trees and local biodiversity. Picking is manual to preserve the integrity of the fruit. As soon as they are harvested, the olives are transformed the same day into oil in our modern mill, by cold extraction. The oil is bottled by hand on the property.
