We receive from hotels with a sign with your name we are 20 minutes early we receive them with water and heated towels the units 10 minutes before they depart we tell you the time that the trip will take and offer additional information of places restaurants activities that may want when you arrive at the hotel we get them off we hand them their bags and comment if they do not forget something and check the units to be sure we do not say goodbye and tell you to enjoy your home what is Mexico
