Meeting and pickup
You must send us the airline and flight number to be able to track it in case any changes arise, such as a cancellation or modification. Any changes should be reported immediately. If you are staying in a hotel, you must send us the room number, so that our representative can ask for you at reception with your name and room number.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, you must send us the exact location.
Our representative will have all the details of your trip and receive them with a poster of the Liberian Airport, which will be named after the representative of the group or the traveler.
If you are travelling with children, it is essential that you inform us in advance and indicate the age of each child, in order to provide the appropriate child safety chair, according to availability and current regulations.

What to expect
