From the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Crater After breakfast, leave the Serengeti behind and travel towards the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a vast volcanic caldera and one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. Descend into the crater for a game drive across its diverse landscapes, with opportunities to encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhinoceros.
