One of our team members will be waiting at the port gate. After exiting the terminal, please walk through the port gate for about 5–10 minutes. You will then reach the public pickup area, where many drivers are waiting (as required by port regulations).
Our team will wait at the port until we meet each other, even if your cruise ship arrival is delayed.

Our team member will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please look carefully for your name.
