Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Ruzafa Market with a hands-on culinary workshop celebrating the authentic flavours of Valencia. Start the experience with traditional starters, accompanied by a refreshing sangria, before preparing an authentic gastronomic masterpiece.
Guided by expert chefs, you will learn to make your own Valencian Paella, combining fresh ingredients and following the techniques that make this dish a true icon of Valencian cuisine. To complete the experience, taste a traditional dessert: burnt bread served on a base of Agua de Valencia.
During the workshop, enjoy olive oil tastings, selected wines and sangria, creating a delicious tour for foodies and aspiring chefs.

We will pick you up in the square, right where the sign that says “MERCAT DE RUSSAFA” is. The chef will carry a red backpack with the Valencia Club Cocina logo and an identifying sign.

Valencian Chicken and Vegetable Paella Recipe – discover its true secret!

If you are a national tourist and are visiting Valencia, you should not miss the opportunity to discover the true secret of traditional Valencian paella. At El Casal de la Fallera we are dedicated to sharing the best gastronomic traditions on earth with all who visit us.

We have specialized chefs who will guide you in a close, practical and fun way. You will learn step by step in a dynamic environment, where laughter is assured while you discover the secrets of this iconic dish.

In addition to making the paella, you will taste other essentials of Valencian gastronomy, such as coca d’oli, the seared bread with a base of Agua de Valencia. Traditional flavors that are part of the culture and have been passed down through generations.

As an aperitif, we will enjoy ham and potatoes, plus an olive oil tasting. Water and sangria will be served during the workshop, and a selection of wines will be offered at the meal.

The workshop will be held in English.
