Mount Aso, located in Kumamoto Prefecture, is one of the largest active volcanoes in the world. Mount Naka's crater still emits volcanic gas to this day. Ascending to the summit offers a breathtaking view of billowing white smoke intertwined with vast grasslands, showcasing distinct colors and charms throughout the four seasons.

Kusasenri Beach is a volcanic crater at the foot of Mt. Eboshi, with a large grassland of 785,000 square meters. Sometimes you can see cows and horses grazing with the backdrop of the misty Mt. Naka.

3Takachiho Gorge
13:50 Takachiho Gorge This is one of Japan’s most mysterious gorges and is said to be where the sun goddess Amaterasu hid herself.
