What to expect

If you’re a Pinot Noir lover, you already know that Central Otago is on your bucket list. Home to some of the most awarded wineries and winemakers in the world, this small area punches well above its weight on a global scale.

In this tasting you’ll sample wines and hear stories about Hawkshead, High Garden, Kinross Valli and Wild Irishman, learning about the legends who pioneered Pinot Noir production in Central Otago and what it is that makes this place such a big figure on the world stage. Expect boutique local favourites and global superstars.

The tasting consists of a selection of Central Otago Pinot Noir wines.

Kinross has been awarded the best wine experience in New Zealand for 2024.
