What to expect

For this workshop, you are the brewer! In 4 hours, you take control: choice of recipe, preparation of raw materials, mashing, stirring, rinsing, boiling, hopping, seeding, make your beer from A to Z!
As a bonus: historical anecdotes, detailed presentation of ingredients, tasting techniques and of course TASTINGS!!
