At Providenciales International Airport, the Airport Authority does not permit drivers to park or wait directly in front of the arrivals area. Instead, the airport operates a controlled dispatch system using uniformed airport dispatch officers.

Please follow below instructions on arrival;

As you exits the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer, you must provide him/her with your name and/or ticket and advise them that you will be picked up by TCI EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION (they will already have your details), the officer will then call the driver to collect you.
