Come and be encouraged to live this experience of environmental education and sea turtle conservation
This experience consists of a 4km walk along the beach where you will observe large turtles laying eggs and then we will collect them to take them to the camp and begin their incubation process.
You will visit a turtle camp and learn how to build artificial nests and you will also be able to take photos with the turtles.
This experience is nocturnal so it will make you turn on all your senses and feel the adrenaline like a professional biologist.

-This experience is a 2-hour (4km) walk along the beach.
-You will be accompanied by a trained biologist at all times.
-You will be in a natural area so we can see different types of animals.

Meeting point

The meeting point is at Hotel One (right next to the airport) we will meet in the main square, right where the escalators and the entrance to the casino are, you will also see the sayulita wings bar. There I Eduardo will meet you, I will be dressed in a white or blue shirt.

What to expect

You will carry out a 3-hour night patrol through a natural beach area with trained biologists in search of sea turtle nests to collect the eggs and transfer and incubate them in the sea turtle conservation camp, where they will be sheltered until the baby turtles are born and then release them into the ocean.

You will learn in depth and detail from experts the work and conservation efforts that are carried out to preserve the species of turtles that visit and lay eggs in Puerto Vallarta
You'll learn:
-Search for nests (supervised by biologists)
-Collection of turtle nests and eggs (supervised by biologists)
-Excavate and form an artificial nest (supervised by biologists)

This activity is part of a conservation program so you will be accompanied at all times by biologists trained to protect and maintain the safety and well-being of the turtles and yourself. Our goal is to educate, preserve and interact with respect.
