  Explore the Magic of Celestún by Boat Enjoy a 2-hour boat adventure through the incredible mangrove reserve of Celestún, a protected natural paradise on the Yucatán coast. During the tour, you'll visit: Bird Island – a sanctuary for a wide variety of local and migratory birds. The meeting point of the sea and estuary – where freshwater meets saltwater. The Horseshoe Ruins – a hidden archaeological site. Flamingo viewing area – see these majestic pink birds in their natural habitat. Mangrove tunnel – cruise through lush, narrow waterways. The water hole – a peaceful freshwater spring. Mayan clay bath – apply natural mineral-rich clay said to rejuvenate the skin. Restrooms are available at the pier. Swimsuits are recommended if you'd like to take part in the clay bath. This tour is perfect for nature lovers, bird watchers, and photographers alike.

  Celestun

  CELESTUN BEACH 12:15 - 03:15 p.m. 3-hour stay on the beach to eat at the restaurant, swim and explore the surroundings. Here there are lounge chairs, a swing, bathrooms and showers. The food menu can be found in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section on this page. 15 minutes are also allocated to the center where the Celestún letters are located to take photos. CELESTUN JOURNEY TO MÉRIDA 03:15- 04:45 p.m. Travel time from Celestún to Mérida (End of tour). On the route when leaving Celestún, there is an additional stop at a local stand where they sell natural products made from coconut such as water, popsicles, creams and other typical sweets. ARRIVAL IN MÉRIDA 04:45- 05:15 p.m. You will be dropped off at the same meeting point where we picked you up in the morning.
