    Arriving in the Hunter Valley our first stop is at one of the region's most historic vineyards where we marvel at the rows of vines that reach across the valley to the horizon. Here we have our first guided wine tasting of delicious Hunter Valley wine.

    Next we arrive at Draytons Wines, the oldest winery in Pokolbin, and one of the oldest wineries in Australia, combining over 170 years of wine-making with modern techniques to produce wines, liqueurs and fortified tawnys of outstanding quality.
