Did someone say Chocolate, Cheese and award-winning Wine? Awaken your senses on a carefully curated day tour to discover the rich history of wine making in the Hunter Valley at some of the oldest wineries as well as the next generation of winemakers. Be amazed at the panoramic views of this vast shallow valley whilst you walk amongst the vines feeling the rich terroir. Lunch is included in one of “the Hunter’s” best loved restaurants including a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. No trip to the Hunter Valley would be complete without a stop at the famous HV Chocolate Company or one of the many local cheese makers. Finally, it’s time to head for home knowing that you have tantalised your senses having tasted, seen, sniffed, felt and heard all there is to know about the Hunter Valley region of NSW.

Tour guide & Pickup time will be sent on one day prior to the tour, through email and SMS. If pickup is not required, our group will meet you at Central Station Western Forecourt Coach Bay #8. Arriving in the Hunter Valley our first stop is at one of the region's most historic vineyards where we marvel at the rows of vines that reach across the valley to the horizon. Here we have our first guided wine tasting of delicious Hunter Valley wine.

Next we arrive at Draytons Wines, the oldest winery in Pokolbin, and one of the oldest wineries in Australia, combining over 170 years of wine-making with modern techniques to produce wines, liqueurs and fortified tawnys of outstanding quality.

Lunch today will be at Hunter Valley Resort, which situated in the picturesque heart of Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, Hunter Farm offers 100 acres of natural beauty, featuring stunning views of the Brokenback Range and Barrington Tops.

SAVANNAH ESTATE THE NEXT GENERATION OF HUNTER VALLEY WINES Experience Elegance & Perfection Savannah Estate Wines are produced from small select parcels of premium fruit grown in renowned viticulture regions throughout Australia. Savannah Estate lies on the beautiful gateway to Mount View, which boasts some of the most stunning views of the whole Hunter Valley. A tasting of wide range of luscious wines.
