Travelers will meet us at our kisok in Fajardo to get ready for their Bio-Bay tour! You will receive a briefing on how to properly use kayaks with the oars!

We will start our tour from Bahia Fajardo where travelers will follow our guide through a mangrove channel to the Bioluminescent Bay.

2Laguna Grande
Leaving the channel and entering the lagoon by itself is a breathtaking experience! A wide expanse of gentle, rippling water surrounded by mangrove forests greets the adventurer, the mountains of the El Yunque Rainforest tower in the distance – profound tranquility envelopes all who enter!

Take view of the Fajardo Lighthouse, built by the Spanish in the 19th century, and of course, the incredible natural phenomenon that we’re here for – the shimmering glow of bioluminescence as you dip your paddles and glide through the sparkling water – an amazingly unique experience only found in few places on earth!
