The After Dark Trail is a curated evening tasting journey through three of Brisbane’s most distinctive venues, designed to introduce you to the city’s contemporary food and beverage scene through the dishes, drinks and pairings that define it.
This isn’t a tour of dishes you could order yourself. At each stop, the chefs and bar teams have hand-picked a sharing-style tasting specifically for our guests, drawing on the signature plates and produce-led techniques that have made each venue extraordinary. The result is a progressive arc across three distinctly different cuisines, three carefully chosen beverages, and three rooms you’d be unlikely to find on your own.
