The homemade pasta course allows you to learn the production techniques of orecchiette and sagne, typical Apulian pasta, with a real professional cook.
The course will take place in a beautiful 1400s courtyard, in the heart of the center of Lecce.
In addition to a unique experience, the production technique, once learned, will be useful for you to use it to your friends once you return home. In addition to making the pasta, it will be cooked and eaten on site.
