If you have booked Meet & Greet Service, your driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name. For curbside pickup, please contact your driver once you have collected your luggage to coordinate your exact pickup point. For port or hotel pickups, your driver will be positioned at the designated cruise terminal or in the main hotel lobby. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you’re traveling with children or excess luggage, kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate accommodations, such as car seats or additional space for baggage.
