What to expect
1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
Clients may reserve transportation online, by phone, or by email. Once the reservation details are submitted, a confirmation is issued with all essential trip information — including pickup date, time, vehicle type, number of passengers, and total rate. The confirmation ensures guaranteed service and an assigned vehicle from the company’s luxury fleet (Sedan, SUV, Sprinter Van, or Mini Coach).
2. Pre-Service Coordination
Prior to the service date, the operations team verifies all travel details such as flight numbers, cruise line and terminal assignments, hotel addresses, and any group size or luggage updates.
For airport arrivals, flight status is actively monitored to adjust for delays or early landings. For cruise port transfers, ship docking times are tracked to ensure timely pickup.
The assigned chauffeur’s name and contact information are provided to the client ahead of time via text message or email.
3. Day of Service — Chauffeur Dispatch
On the day of service, the driver arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
Vehicles are detailed, climate-controlled, and stocked according to service standards.
Drivers are professionally dressed and trained in hospitality and safety protocols.
For Airport Pickups (FLL or MIA):
The chauffeur meets passengers at the baggage claim area for Meet-and-Greet service or at curbside pickup zones when pre-arranged.
The driver assists with luggage and escorts passengers to the vehicle.
For Cruise Port Pickups (Port Everglades):
The driver waits at the assigned terminal corresponding to the cruise line or ship.
For departing cruises, the driver assists the group with luggage handling and ensures everyone is on board comfortably before departure.
4. En Route Experience
Once passengers are onboard, the journey begins in comfort and privacy.
Vehicles feature modern amenities such as leather seating, air conditioning, phone charging ports, and Wi-Fi connectivity (when available).
Drivers follow the most efficient route, continuously monitoring traffic and port entry conditions.

5. Arrival & Drop-Off
Upon arrival at the cruise terminal, hotel, or airport:
The chauffeur parks or positions the vehicle in the designated zone.
Passengers are assisted with luggage unloading.
If the service includes a connecting itinerary (for example, hotel-to-port or port-to-airport), the driver ensures guests are safely at their next departure point.
Groups disembarking from cruises are guided directly to their assigned vehicle for a seamless post-cruise transfer to the airport or hotel.
