A short drive from the Sydney Opera House, past beautiful historic buildings and the magnificent St Mary's Cathedral will lead us to Mrs Macquarie's Chair. This destination offers perhaps the most marvellous view over the city and its icons. The photos to be taken here will be held on to for life.
A scenic drive through the opulent, harbour side suburbs of Sydney, through Potts Point, Darling Point, Point Piper, Rose Bay and Double Bay will take us to our favourite cafe in all of Sydney. The Grumpy Baker serves delicious coffee, patisseries and some iconic Australian foods (I promise they are friendly!).
Australia's most iconic stretch of sand. The marvellous Bondi Beach. At this destinations we can go for a walk along the beach, jump in the ocean, take some stunning photos or even enjoy a crisp local beer at the Bondi Pavilion.
Kirribilli offers us a brilliant view from a different perspective of the city and its icons. This is a nice quiet park with far fewer people. A very pleasant stop.
Felons Brewing Co. in Manly is our favourite restaurant in all of Sydney. A very fun yet elegant atmosphere, great food at good value, and just the most magnificent view over the Sydney Harbour (the restaurant sits over the water). Here we will enjoy lunch and a nice beverage.
Another of Sydneys famous beaches. We will jump out of the car and go for a stroll along the beach, take some great photos and enjoy the sun.
North Head Sanctuary is a National Park right in Manly. This destination offers the grandest view in the city that spans over the entire region of Sydney. It is staggering. The area is also a perfect example of the nature that would have covered the city prior to British settlement.
En route to your hotel, there are two options; we can take the Manly Ferry which will take us directly into the city. The ferry ride is so scenic and gives a different perspective of the city as we cruise the Sydney Harbour, this can sometimes be a good alternative to avoid traffic. The second is to be dropped back to your hotel in the vehicle. The choice is yours! Just ask us if you are unsure.
