If you encounter any issues, please contact your assigned operator representative or chauffeur at the provided number. Your chauffeur will be waiting at the designated pickup point in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name, for up to 60 minutes after your landing time.
It is essential to contact your chauffeur or representative at the provided number within an hour after landing to confirm your presence at the airport. If you experience significant delays due to passport control or baggage collection, please inform your chauffeur to avoid confusion and ensure we know you are still inside the airport.
For hotel, public location, or large venue pickups, please call your chauffeur if needed to locate them. For other pickup locations, kindly wait at the specified address and be ready to depart at the scheduled time.
