What to expect

Market and neigborhood tour and cooking class, either Wednesdays or Saturdays. In a small group, up to 6 persons, we will meet in the morning (8:30 or 9:00 am) at the Winterfeldtmarket in Berlin Schöneberg.

While we shop together for ingredients for a seasonal Modern German dish, I will guide you through aspects of German food culture, seasonal customs and organic farming.

VEGAN and VEGETARIAN, gluten-free or dairy-free requests are welcomed, and well integrated already!

On the way to my place, we will stop at wonderful specialty shops, including a chocolatery, a wine store and a bakery. Then we will cook together a four-course menu, and explore a delicious, fresh and healthy MODERN German cuisine with regional nuances.

The afternoon culminates enjoying our home cooked meal with fine German wine and good conversation. We will be done around 2/2:30 pm.
