Turn Loose is a fast-paced, social experience designed to get you engaged, interacting, and into your night. You’ll start with a welcome cocktail in hand and a room that moves quickly. No long intros. No sitting through instruction. The energy begins immediately.

From there, the experience unfolds in two phases:

First, you’ll watch a cocktail come together in real time. Just a live build using a simple, intuitive system that shows you how balance actually works. Everyone tastes the same drink, creating a shared moment and a clear reference point.

Then, we turn you loose.

Using a curated lineup of spirits, sweeteners, citrus, and finishes, you’ll build your own cocktail. You’ll move and adjust as you go. There’s no single “right” answer, just a framework that works and the freedom to make it your own.

The result is an experience that feels less like a class and more like a shift in the room. You arrive as a group and leave ready for whatever comes next.

What to expect

Turn Loose is a one-hour social kickoff designed to get your group moving before the night takes over.

You’ll arrive at Love and Exile, get a drink in hand right away, and ease into the space as the energy builds around you. Your host will guide the group through a relaxed, fast-paced flow that keeps things social and engaging without slowing the night down.

By the end of the hour, you’ll be connected, warmed up, and ready to head out into the rest of Nashville.
