Toro Blanco Active Holidays is offering the most bespoke Active Cycling Holidays around. They are offering it for those who want to gain fitness while exploring the south of Spain, in a warm climate and positive environment. There aim is to showcase what a beautiful region this is and what can be done by taking the worry out of active holidays.
You will be taken from the coast near Malaga, winding your way among the orange groves, and up through the rolling hills covered in sun soaked olive trees. While passing through the many ancient sleepy towns and villages, all with there own unique stunning view you will realize what a pleasure it is to find such places, many of which you may not have heard of. Andalucía is often referred to as the fruit basket of Europe by many travelers.
You will leave each area with a sense that you will need to return as it feels like you are seeing a postcard photo rather than reality. This is truly a unique experience.

We shall be there to meet each traveler coming off any flight, the Saturday of the commencement of the Tour ( 9th of September) between 08:00 and 20:00 . We shall do the same on dropping travelers off onSaturday the (16th of September).

Pick up from airport and taken to first hotel We Pick you up from airport and are taken to the first hotel. We will work on a first come first served basis for the bike fit and once we have taken you out for a ride. There is a relaxed evening with dinner and a welcome chat from Chris and Paul - introduction to the holiday. We understand everyone will be slightly tired from the flights, so we try and give you some down time to enjoy the evening and dinner.

8:00 – 10:00 Breakfast 11:00 Bags and cases collected and taken to next hotel. 11:10 Briefing of the days events and safety discussion with Chris We will slowly wide our way through the village of Pizarra it’s self and onto Barriada Estacion, we shall stop monetarily here to check all bikes and guests are ok before we head north west and into a more rural area towards Valle de Abdalajis, where we shall stop for a little tapas or picnic depending on time. We will then pass various interesting landmarks before dropping off the plateau and into the outer roads of Antequera. 8:00 – 10:00 Breakfast 11:00 Bags and cases collected and taken to next hotel. 11:10 Briefing of the day’s events 11:30 Depart “Finca Eslava” and Antequera for Granada We will be heading north as we leave Antequera and entering the beautiful olive groves that surrounding the beautiful ancient city and into Archidona where we shall stop momentarily fill the guests drinks bottles and head into Villanueva del Trabuco we shall stop for a picnic in the surrounding area and cycle onto Cuesta Blanca and down to Loja. A very scenic day in teh heart of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and near by valleys.
