You will experience how to make cute Kyaraben(Character Lunch box). It is no exaggeration to say that kyaraben have now become a part of Japanese culture. Making process is bit tricky but so much fun. When you all done, you can not only enjoy eating it, but also take pictures with your lnch box as a memory. Let's have fun on making it.

This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes to cook everything and then enjoy the meal we made together.

What to expect

Japanese "Lunch Box" is popular as "BENTO" overseas. "Kyaraben(Chara-ben)" is a kind of bento which shapes rice and side dishes into manga and anime characters. Each of you can make your cute Kyaraben(char-ben). I will teach you tips.

Through this cooking class, I will also be able to talk about Japanese people's thoughts on food and food culture.

Recipe (papers) can be provided (if you would like) so that you can reproduce the dishes when you back home: )
