What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For the airport transfer, a driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name. It is important to indicate your flight number, so that you can monitor it and guarantee the service in case of any delays.
If you have booked the transfer from the hotel to the airport, the meeting will take place at the reception of the property or at the address agreed in the case of B&B or Vacation Rentals.

Transfer from the airport :
we ask you to indicate the flight number, so we can monitor the arrival. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, next to the Relay store, with a sign with your name and will take you to your destination.
The waiting time included is 60 minutes from the actual time of landing; a surcharge may apply beyond this limit.
Transfer to the airport :
the driver will pick you up at the address you specify. The free waiting time is 15 minutes from the requested pick-up time; after this time an additional fee may apply.
