We will tour the Kurosawa Soy Sauce Brewery that was founded in 1905, and learn all about how soy sauce is made. In the wooden barrel brewery that has been passed down through four generations, we will get to see the main fermenting mash in the production of soy sauce being fermented, and even try your hand at stirring moromi just like a professional soy sauce artisan.
It will undoubtedly be a valuable and memorable experience as it is an integral part of the fermentation process. After the tour of the brewery, you will be given an explanation of their products, have a tasting experience(taste various types of soy sauce), enjoy a fermented food lunch at the brewery cafe, and also get to try some soy sauce sweets and desserts made with products from Kurosawa Soy Sauce.
