What to expect
During this experience, guests will start with a standard Port wine tasting at Quevedo Wine Bar in Vila Nova de Gaia. They will taste a selection of Port wines and learn about the Douro Valley, the production process, and the characteristics of each wine in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
If preferred, guests may choose to upgrade their tasting experience to a different option available on site, such as a wine tasting paired with Portuguese cheeses or other food pairings (subject to availability and price difference).
After the wine tasting, guests will enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the Douro River. During the cruise, they will admire the beautiful views of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, including the historic bridges and colorful riverside buildings, while relaxing on board.
The activity combines a guided wine experience with a classic river cruise, offering a perfect introduction to Porto’s wine culture and landscapes.
