Sit back and relax on your purpose built sightseeing buses as we take you on a 50 minute journey from the Hobart Waterfront to the summit of kunanyi/Mt Wellington
We pass through South Hobart a historic suburb of Hobart. Once settled by early merchants and doctors Davey Street where we traveled along is lined with beautiful Georgian Architectural design homes, designed by Henry Hunter.
Fern Tree is Hobart's mountain suburb. Name after the Tasmanian Tree fern which grows abundantly in this area.
Located midway up Kunanyi/ Mount Wellington on the Pinnacle Road.
Once we reach the summit of kunanyi/ Mt Wellington you will have 40 minutes to explore the summit's lookout and observations decks which provide panoramic views of Hobart and its surrounding suburbs. (subject to weather conditions on the day)
Once you have captured all those fantastic views from the Summit there is a picturesque 50 minute journey back to Hobart city. Look out of the bus windows and enjoy the Alpine scenery on both sides of the road. You may even spot one of the 100's of animals that call Kunanyi home!
